This training will offer the participants for totaly 8 days ensuring consistent Expert knowledge in the principles and practices of Lean Manufacturing Principles and Tools. This training teaches and prepares individuals to implement the principles, practices, and techniques of Lean. Experts are traditionally Lead process stakeholders and may also be assigned specific process-level improvement projects to conduct on their own—projects.
Our Lean Expert course is 8 days with 2 or 3 weeks of application break between 4 individual 2 days phases classroom sessions. Learning Objectives:
· Function as a ‘tools application’ member of a Kaizen or Continous Improvement team
· Lead and execute process-level improvement projects
· Collect process data and develop process maps
· Introduce prblem solving tools to blue collars level
· Design and/or implement improvement options
· Eliminate waste and defects by applying lean tools
· Collect, analyze, and quantify data that enable process improvements
· Learn how to execute the kaizen.
· Work with process owners to ensure process gains are held
